Parees (Pals)

Holy Week, Pelion, the murder of an unknown young man. The conventional relationship between two couples from Athens, who spend their Easter holiday in this village every year, is challenged by the unexpected accusation by the local society.

As they try to cope with the tough social situation, they are forced to confront the truth and uncover the “secrets and lies” of their lives.

This painful process will end up tearing apart the friendship of this group of four, but will also lead each one of them closer to their personal truth and their true desires. The loss of their warm friendship will be their Crucifixion; each one’s newly found happiness and personal balance will be their Resurrection.
